Parental alienation isn't just alienating, it's pervasive psychological and emotional abuse. The damage starts deteriorating at any natural bond between child and parent. It's devastating.

I've been navigating the trenches of alienation from my two children for nearly 5 years, but when it comes to understanding the truth behind this nefarious tool within nuclear families, it goes much deeper, and starts much sooner than we ever expect to reflect and realize.

This is a space to explore any experiences through conversation, "chair therapy," eft, and playful dialogue. In this realm of pain and suffering, I'd like to teach concepts of mechanisms that can not only help you understand the dynamics of alienation, but also provide great confidence amidst such treacherous times, especially with the holiday coming up.
