Hi! I'm Stephanie, a RYT (registered yoga teacher) and TRY (trauma recovery yoga teacher) hosting class every Sunday morning. A great way to unwind and prep for what's needed for the week to follow.

Intention is everything and I like to set the space for thriving as so many of us today are caught in the loop of survival. Yoga, for me, has been one of the most supportive and grounding tools since I began practicing over 14 years ago. Yoga isn't about flexibility nor stretching, but rather a space designed to meet yourself with where you're at.

Yoga is about practicing self-awareness and making little changes every single time you step onto the mat. It's about mindfulness and planting seeds for more ways to thrive and be present with yourself and your day.

This space is for women only, sorry men! My intention is to hold a safe space for women and to allow for whatever healing and support is needed for the hour.

Beginners welcome. Pain and discomfort is welcome. Love and acceptance is welcome.

Bring your mat and props (1 or 2 blocks and a strap) and I supply the blankets if needed. Bring your water bottle. I supply water if needed also.

I host these events from my home with intention to make my home a community space. I have a small dog (lab/daschund mix) who is an emotional support who may also join us from time-to-time. If having him around is an issue, please let me know and I can leave him in a separate room during the hour--no problem.

I will message my address early morning on Sunday's for new participants.

Park in my driveway or the guest parking at the front of community by the mailboxes/park or the guest parking next to my home (there's a few spaces on either side of my home.) Do not park in the street. Thank you!
