Hello everyone!
I’m Shabnam, and I’m so grateful you’ve joined this new community. As we embark on this journey together, our aim is to create a nurturing environment where we can openly share our experiences with social anxiety and PTSD.
In our initial gatherings, we’ll take time to get to know each other personally. Sharing our stories can be a powerful step toward healing, and I encourage you to express as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll explore ways to make this group our collective safe space—a place of understanding, support, and growth.
Our activities, such as yoga, hiking, and dance, are designed to gently challenge our comfort zones. By engaging in these nature-based practices, we can begin to rewire our responses to social situations, fostering resilience and confidence.
Remember, this group thrives on mutual respect and empathy. Let’s support one another, celebrate our progress, and navigate this path together.
