Welcome to the first Weekly Safe Space Communication Challenge!!
Weekly challenges are designed to improve anyone's ability to ask for what they want and get it. "Practice" means, we experiment and we don't always get it right the first time. "Practice" means we're building skills and then turning them into habits. The more we practice good habits when our emotions are low, the more our good habits will start coming out when our emotions are high.

What to expect?
++Challenge videos will be posted on the facebook group by 5pm (pacific) on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday. (link above)
++Sunday Night Kickoff: explains and starts the challenge.
++Tuesday Night Twist: There will always be a "Tuesday Night Twist" where we reflect on what we've learned by participating in the challenge on Monday and Tuesday, then the challenge continues with this insight. Sometimes the challenge will be slightly modified at this time.
++Friday Night Wrap-up: Fridays will wrap up the challenge and go over why it was an important step on our communication journey and what's coming next.
