“Safe Space hour”: Group Therapy for Emotional Well-being”

Details

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a listening ear? You’re not alone.

Join us for Safe Space hour, a weekly online gathering where we gently explore our emotions, practice mindfulness, and support one another through the ups and downs of life. This session is open to anyone seeking connection, clarity, or calm — whether you’re processing stress, grief, burnout, or simply craving emotional balance.

In each 60-minute session, we’ll:
• Begin with a short grounding or mindfulness exercise
• Create space for guided reflection and optional sharing
• Offer supportive, non-judgmental conversation
• End with a practical tool or takeaway for the week ahead

You don’t need to be “in crisis” to attend. This is a space for everyday healing.

🧘 Format:

Video optional, but encouraged for connection.

💬 Cost:
Free to join. Optional donation personal sessions at 30$ per hour
