Lets meet up at the Riverdale Park and introduce ourselves. Lets understand everyones stages of anxiety and what we plan on achieving from the gathering.
If you have trouble speaking out at your work, Uni, or even at social gatherings, come meet us and figure out the mental blocks that stop you.
Let's work on improving ourselves by talking on topics. As sessions progress, we shall meet up at indoor settings (private) and practice our social/public speaking skills.
