As sophisticated as it may sound, automation is simply a way to pass the everyday repetitive tasks and high risk processes in testing to “Robots”.

These robots do all the heavy lifting for us. This largely reduces time and effort spent by QA teams doing manual testing and as a result provides increased accuracy, efficiency and great reporting.

This is quite a new technology in the industry thus a lot of challenges are posed. The journey could get a bit bumpy without proper controls in place.
