Join us for a two-hour online creative writing session featuring a range of guided prompts. After each activity, you’ll have the option to share your work and receive constructive feedback from the group. Open to writers of all experience levels. Sharing is always optional.
The session takes place on Zoom at 7 pm UK time.

Hey everyone,

Tonight's event is all about sharing some laughs, so we want to hear about your favourite comedians and stand-up routines! Whether it's a clip from a legendary comedian or a recent standout performance, we're here to celebrate the funny. You can also share anything you find funny, such animal videos or sketches. Please keep the clips under 5 minutes, and feel free to share any routines that you genuinely believe will have everyone in stitches.

Humour can be a bit subjective, and what one person finds funny might not be for everyone. While we want to keep it fun, please avoid sharing anything that could be considered overly offensive. We're also not allowing content that’s racist, sexist, or harmful in any way.
That said, we're not here to censor anyone - just keep in mind that some jokes or comedians might not sit well with everyone. Whether you share something bold or stick to classic favourites is totally up to you, but we think the risks are worth the laughs! Enjoy :)

We’ll kick things off with an opportunity to get to know others through a series of one-on-one chats. You'll be paired with different people to connect and share insights, thoughts, and experiences. It’s a great way to break the ice and start building connections.

After this you’ll spend time in small groups, in which you’ll be able to ask each other questions (optional questions will be provided) or have more free-flowing conversations about anything you like.
