Join the Boston Safety-critical Software and AI/ML community for an event focused on enhancing cybersecurity within the medical device sector. This event will focus on threat modeling and the Software Bill of Materials (SBOM).

Agenda:
5:30-6:00 pm: Networking and Refreshments

6:00-6:45 pm: Intro to Threat Modeling and Panel Discussion
Panelists: Matt Weir (MITRE), Kyle Wallace (MITRE), Industry Representative (TBA)
Moderator: Gabriel Pascualy (Ketryx)

This session will begin with a 15-minute introduction to threat modeling and then transition to a panel discussion on best practices and current challenges with threat modeling.

6:45-7:05 pm: Interactive Feedback Session on SBOM Normalization
Facilitators: Margie Zuk (MITRE), Penny Chase (MITRE)

This interactive session invites you to voice your experiences, concerns, and suggestions on data normalization when generating SBOMs, in support of MITRE’s current FDA medical device cybersecurity initiative.
