What we’re about
This community group brings parents and carers together to share ideas, learn, and support one another through the ups and downs of raising children and teens in today’s world. Led by psychologist Saga Arthursson, the group offers relaxed, informative sessions that explore topics affecting young people — from mental health and emotional wellbeing to technology and everyday family life.
It’s a welcoming space to connect, ask questions, and gain practical tools to support your child’s growth and resilience.
