Creative and Life Writing with Sahab Writing Academy at Al Safa Library

This is Session 1 of 12 in Sahab Collective’s Creative and Life Writing course, designed for adults who want to transform memory, experience, and imagination into narrative. Over twelve weeks, we will explore literary theory, discuss landmark texts, write to prompts, and workshop your drafts in a supportive community. The aim is to produce a polished portfolio of writing, ready to share.

The course takes place at the Al-Saffa Art and Design Library, one of Dubai’s most inspiring cultural spaces. With its striking architecture, quiet study areas, and on-site café and restaurant, it provides the perfect setting for reflection, collaboration, and creativity.
