Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. This is a group for those interested in turning inwards and connecting with that part of themselves that is eternal and unchanging. The group works towards the establishment of a connection to the spirit within through the awakening of residual inner energy and the state of meditation that results. It helps to reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it.
Meditation is not just for mystics and monks. Sahaja is for regular people, too. Anyone can do it. It's that easy. The Sahaja experience, you'll quickly realize, isn't your typical Meditation class. It's much more than just feeling peaceful and relaxed. Sahaja Meditation has many layers, varied and deep. Explore at your own pace, in your own way. And our experts are always available to help.
Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a worldwide movement for peace and self-awakening. All the meetings and classes are free of charge. Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, often with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation. We share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. The meditation is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centers) and balancing the subtle body. The tradition and aims of meditation are explained which in essence is to be in the present with no mental activity or thoughts about the past or the future.
Occasionally there are 1-day retreats to help those interested, deepen their individual experience and hear advice and tips from those who have been practicing for some time. It’s ultimately all about getting into ‘thoughtless awareness’, a natural state of well-being.

🧘♀️ About the Session
Sahaja Yoga meditation is experiential.
We will focus on what you are feeling while meditating during the class. We’ll cover a new topic every time.
In a typical program, there will be:
✧ guided meditation
✧ a talk by Shri Mataji, the founder
✧ live music
✧ Q&A
✧ breakout rooms for additional support
This is a spiritual meditation. We awaken the inner energy (Kundalini) that gently brings positive change within us – making us more balanced, peaceful, and joyous. As you participate in these classes, you will notice increasing moments of clear perception, unclouded by unnecessary thoughts.
This 21 day course is the beginning of an ongoing journey with an online community of Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners. Classes are offered throughout the year for those who wish to delve deeper and continue their spiritual growth.

🌀 Sahaja Yoga
Founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a worldwide volunteer-run, always-free meditation practice.
The meditation Shri Mataji has taught us enables people who seek truth to achieve their Self-Realization. Self-realization is the key to thoughtless awareness, also known as mental silence, and is the basis of good health and well-being. Sahaja Yoga is practiced in more than 100 countries.
⭐️ Testimonials
Diana, Dallas, TX
Dental Hygienist
“Through thoughtless awareness, I have started getting solutions to many problems within myself. It seems as if someone within you is telling you the solution in a very inspiring way. This is a real miracle, as of now I don’t have to look for answers/approval from others. Grateful to all the instructors and mentors for all their support, dedication, and love!”
Eric, New York, NY
Project Manager
“This course changed my life! I stopped reacting to many things happening at work and in my personal life… The clearing techniques help me so much to feel calm and peaceful. I learned so much about myself. My intuition has improved and it feels like I have charge of my life now. Don’t know how I was living without it!”
