Sahaja Meditation is a remarkable, yet simple technique. Learning and practicing this simple meditation technique reduces stress, increases wellness, and gives us the keys to silence our incredibly active minds.

Join us on Zoom for our 2020 Fall Meditation Series, "The Many Colors of Meditation," meeting every Tuesday at 7:00pm (EST) from October 27th until December 8th. The 2020 Fall Meditation Series is designed for both beginner and experienced meditators by focusing on new techniques in addition to introductory learning. Please register at the link below to be informed of all class-related information. It is recommended to attend as many classes as possible, as each class will offer unique insight and information to experience meditation and reap the benefits of the practice.

Each class is theme-based, to help introduce each aspect of meditation in a simple and fluid manner, focusing on the experience of meditating in a group setting to impart those tools needed to begin and grow your individual meditation practice at home.

This 7-week series is truly unique in that each week is taught by a different meditation instructor from Upstate NY, to give attendees the experience of learning meditation from a variety of instructors, through a variety of colorful lenses of experience.

Sahaja Meditation classes are always free, and open to anyone interested in learning how to find more life balance, and less stress.
