Join us for a relaxing and profound meditation experience based on Kundalini awakening (also called "SelfßRealisation") !

Experience being "in" the joyful state of meditation as opposed to trying to meditate (which is the most common way practiced now-a-days). The state of meditation takes place easily once we have experience self-realisation, self-realisation is a spontaneous and living process which we are ready for, do not believe me but come and try it for yourself.

[FREE] All the Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings and courses are always offered free of charge and are conducted by experienced volunteer practitioners.
Attending one of these meetings or courses will allow you to start experiencing the benefits of real meditation. You will also learn simple techniques to be able to continue and deepen your meditation at home.

Sessions are meditation based, not 'exercise' yoga. The techniques are easy to learn and practice; no physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required.

You will be involved in a mixture of both practical activities and guided meditations. From week to week you will get to discover, feel and balance your inner Self.

From my experience, 99% of those who try this meditation the first time actually feel it and enjoy it. Come and feel it yourself in an open, friendly and international group.
