Elke donderdag is er een workshop waar je uitleg krijgt en de meditatie kunt ervaren. In Sahaja Yoga mediteren wij van binnen uit, door middel van onze eigen innerlijke energie. Deze energie brengt ons in contact met onze subtiele zelf, de Spirit; bron van vrede, blijheid en inzicht. In het licht van onze Spirit krijgen wij kennis over onszelf die ons helpt te ontwikkelen en spiritueel te groeien. Bij onze laagdrempelige workshops leer hoe je thuis kunt mediteren en hoe je de ervaring sterker kunt maken. Wij mediteren samen en geven technieken mee voor je meditaties thuis. Ook krijg je de kans om ervaringen te delen en vragen te stellen. Je bent van harte welkom. Sahaja Yoga is voor iedereen geschikt. Geen speciale kleding vereist. Deze workshop is gratis. On every thursday there is a workshop where you will get explanation and experience the meditation. In Sahaja Yoga, we meditate from inside, through our own inner energy. This energy brings us in touch with our subtle self, the Spirit; source of peace, happiness and insight. In the light of our Spirit, we get knowledge of ourselves that helps us develop and grow spiritually. At our low-threshold workshops, you learn how to meditate at home and how to make the experience stronger. We meditate together and provide techniques for your meditations at home. You also get the chance to share experiences and ask questions. You are most welcome. Sahaja Yoga is suitable for everybody. No special clothes required. Also only English speaking people are welcome, and able to follow this course. The written material is in Dutch language but the explanations are given in English language. This workshop is free of charge.
