About Sahaja Yoga Meditation
Sahaja Yoga Meditation was started by HH Shri Mataji in1970.
Her unique method enables everyone to receive "Self-Realisation".
Self-Realisation occurs when the "Kundalini" – a feminine force dormant in the "O Sacrum" at the base of our spine – is awakened and rises, emerging through the "Fontanelle" on top of our head.
