Start your week right, with inner silence and good vibes.
Join us every week on Monday at the Manenburgstraat 22, for an evening of meditation. No matter if you are an experienced practitioner or an absolute beginner. We are looking to come together, share knowledge about the Sahaja Yoga and enjoy an evening meditation. Our volunteers will be happy to receive you and offer the class for free! Every week will cover a different topic and guided meditation.
Let us know if it is your first time when you arrive & we’ll give you a small introduction.
