Willkommen!
Wir laden Dich herzlich zu unseren wöchentlichen Begegnungen ein. Sie finden jeden Mittwoch um 17h30 in der Punkt Null, Maulbeerstrasse 10, 3011 Bern statt.
Sahaja Yoga basiert auf einer einfachen Meditation. Durch die Meditation wird in Sahaja Yoga eine in uns schlafende Energie (Kundalini) erweckt. Diese mütterliche Kraft reinigt unsere Energiezentren (Chakren) und löst Blockaden und bringt uns in ein inneres Gleichgewicht. Der Stress wird abgebaut und die Gesundheit verbessert sich. Wir fühlen uns gut und spüren den Frieden in uns.
Im ersten Satz der UNESCO-Verfassung steht: „Da Kriege im Geist der Menschen entstehen, muss auch der Frieden im Geist der Menschen verankert werden.“ Deshalb ist Sahaja Yoga ein Partner des UNESCO Center for Peace.
Alle Kurse werden ehrenamtlich organisiert und sind kostenlos. Es sind keine Matten oder spezielle Kleidung erforderlich.
Die Programme werden je nach Bedarf in deutscher, französischer und/oder englischer Sprache durchgeführt.

We cordially invite you to join us in our regular free weekly meetings which take place in the Punkt Null space at Maulbeerstrasse 10, 3011 Berne, every Wednesday at 5:30 pm.
We would like to introduce you to a form of yoga which is based on meditation.
Introduced by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is a movement for peace through the spontaneous awakening. This method of meditation helps to quieten and then silence our thoughts. In the stillness we are then no longer buffeted into the past or the future by our mental activity, and can enjoy an intense inner peace.
Sahaja meditation, a simple, non-confessional technique, is based on the spontaneous and natural awakening of a spiritual energy known as Kundalini. Through simple exercises this energy becomes active and irrigates and calms our subtle system and its energy centres, the chakras, reducing stress and enhancing our well-being and enjoyment of life.
This awakening can also be felt as a cool breeze felt on the hands or the head, acting as an indicator of our spiritual qualities. We learn that Yoga (Sanskrit: Union) is not something that we do, rather, it is a state of being which we enjoy.
At our weekly meetings the main emphasis is on the collective experience of meditation, but we also take care to share our experiences and advice on how to deepen and enhance this beautiful experience, and how to share it with others.
The meetings are held in German or English, depending on who comes on a particular evening.
All the meetings are free. The awakening of our spiritual enery is our birthright and it cannot be paid for.

Nous souhaiterions vous faire découvrir une forme de yoga basée sur la méditation.
Fondé par Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga est un mouvement pour la paix et l’éveil spontané. La méthode de méditation développée aide à calmer les pensées de ceux qui la pratiquent, voire de les faire disparaître complètement. Sans les pensées qui nous tiraillent soit vers le passé, soit vers le futur, nous nous trouvons, pour la première fois, pleinement dans le présent et atteignons un état de sérénité intense ; la paix intérieure.
La méditation Sahaj, technique simple et séculaire, est basée sur l’éveil d’une énergie endormie à l’intérieur de nous, la « Kundalini ». Par des gestes simples, cette énergie s’éveille tout naturellement et irrigue notre système subtil en passant par ses divers centres d’énergie, les « chakras », réduisant ainsi notre stress et augmentant par là même notre bien être et notre santé globale.
Tangible, cette énergie se manifeste par une brise fraîche ou parfois tiède sur nos mains et notre tête, qui agit tel un indicateur de notre état énergétique.
L’idée est que nous ne faisons pas de yoga, mais entrons en « yoga » (« union » en sanskrit) ; union de notre être subtil avec le Tout.
Lors de nos réunions hebdomadaires, nous partagerons des conseils sur la façon de pouvoir rester équilibrés durant la journée en méditant régulièrement à la maison. Nous apprendrons également comment mieux percevoir cette énergie et la transmettre aux autres, ainsi que toutes sortes d’autres choses.
Les réunions se font en français, allemand, ou anglais, en fonction des gens présents.
Toutes les réunions sont entièrement gratuites. Nous ne pouvons payer pour l’éveil d’une énergie qui nous appartient !
