Every session includes a brief introduction to meditation. We will then lead you through a guided meditation to awaken the subtle, healing energy, which exists within all of us. You will also learn how to meditate at home and how to maintain this state of thoughtless awareness and inner peace. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary. All learning materials are provided, allowing you to easily embark on your journey to inner peace and balance.
This is a a very simple meditation that can be learnt easily by all. This is not an "exercise" yoga and no special postures or clothing are required. You can meditate seated comfortably on a chair or on the ground.
There is no charge for these classes, as we cannot pay for the awakening of our own inner energy.
Registration is recommended, walk-ins welcome - space permitting. Classes start on time, so please try to arrive a few minutes earlier, to allow yourself time to settle down comfortably.
