Developed in the east, Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple technique that helps to reduce stress, increases overall wellness and provides a sense of peace and contentment.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is easy to learn and practice. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Classes can be joined at any time an no prior knowledge is necessary as everything will be explained. Meditators normally sit on chairs to meditate, so no need for mats or special clothing!

We will also teach how to meditate at home in order to keep balance in your life. Best of all, classes are always free!
