This is the second kickoff meeting of a new series of Sahaja Yoga meditations for beginners. Everyone is welcome!

Sahaja Yoga meditation offers physical, mental, and spiritual benefits by facilitating an awakening of the inner energy (Kundalini) to achieve a state of thoughtless awareness and inner balance.

Benefits include stress reduction, improved emotional health, enhanced focus, better sleep, increased self-control, greater self-awareness, improved physical health, and a deeper spiritual connection.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is free, volunteer-led, and focuses on cultivating a spontaneous experience of inner peace and joy
