The sessions will include guided meditation where you will learn simple techniques to achieve mental silence, balance your subtle system, as well as tips on how to meditate by yourself at home.
Benefits include: stress relief, balanced state of mind, letting go of negative emotions, self-awareness, improved memory and attention.
Suitable for beginners or regular meditators, the content will be tailored to the attendees based on their interest and experience. Participants are welcome to attend all or any of the sessions, though consistent practice is beneficial to strengthening and deepening the meditation experience.
