What we’re about

Sahaja Yoga is a unique and effortless form of meditation enabling us to tap into our inner energy and harness its power to become increasingly balanced and deeply connected to ourselves.
All sessions are free and everyone – regardless of experience – can join and benefit.
This course offers a fresh start if you are new to meditation or a restart if you have some prior experience. Either way, we hope that through the knowledge and experiences gained in these sessions you will live a healthier, more joyful life!
