This is a little bit advance session , we recommend to join this session after joining the 3 to 4 Beginners sessions to be aware of what is happening in the session ._
Sahaja meditation is spontaneous process based on inner energy which helps to look after physical, mental and emotional being. After self realisation , one can go into meditation effortlessly and attain peace, balance and joy. Program is available for every age group and no physical exercise. The program does Helps to calm yourself down after day stress and live a peaceful evening.
