program is recommended for some one who is practising Sahaja for 6 months. The practitioner is aware of all the chakra in the subtle system and mantras .
What you can expect fom the meditation is :

- learning the mantras for different chakras.
Please bring your tub with water and salt.Please bring also towel and glass of water to clean and wash the feet.
