program is recommended for some one who is practising Sahaja for 6 months. The practitioner is aware of all the chakra in the subtle system and mantras .
What you can expect fom the meditation is :

- Deepens the awareness of subtle system.
- soak ( Different cleansing techniques)
- learning the mantras for different chakras.
Please bring your tub with water and salt.Please bring also towel and glass of water to clean and wash the feet.
Program is available for every age group and no physical exercise. The program does Helps to calm yourself down after day stress and live a peaceful evening.(people are coming together not to talk or debate, but to sit. In stillness. Together.)
