Hello all! Thanks for joining our free online meditation group for teens.
Sahaja Yoga meditation was founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, and it's all about connecting with your inner self and finding a natural state of balance. Think of it like this: your mind is like a musical instrument, and sometimes it gets a little out of tune. Sahaja Yoga is a simple way to tune it back up, so you can play your best. Although our sessions are focused on teen students from 14yrs -18 , parents feel free to join in as well.

In our online sessions, we'll guide you through easy techniques to help you experience this connection. We'll focus on reaching a state called thoughtless awareness where we are completely in the present moment, which is a sign that your inner balance is being restored. Instead of forcing anything, we're simply allowing ourselves to release tension and settle into a sense of peace within. Our guided meditation will last about 30min ,but feel free to send a chat if you would like to ask questions too.
We'll be sitting comfortably, closing our eyes gently, and using simple hand movements to help activate our inner energy. The sessions are designed to help you de-stress, improve your focus, and feel more balanced—all things that can be super helpful during the challenges of school and daily life. You don't need any prior experience, just a willingness to try something new. Join us and discover a simple way to find your inner calm!
