Welcome, everyone! We're so glad you could join us for our Sahaja Meditation online workshop. In this session, we'll introduce you to a simple yet effective form of meditation that helps you achieve a state of mental silence and inner peace. Sahaja Meditation is unique because it's effortless and spontaneous—it's not about forcing your mind to be quiet, but about connecting with your own inner energy, which naturally brings about a state of balance and joy. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this workshop will provide you with practical techniques to easily integrate peace and calm into your daily life. The session will last around 40 minutes. You are free to ask questions after the meditation. You may text your questions to me in the chat.
