Sahaja Yoga is a technique that allows us to experience inner peace and freedom through Self-Realization and Kundalini awakening. This yoga is a simple, natural and effortless process that serves as an effective means to free oneself from the worries, fears and sorrows of life.

We will briefly introduce the technique of Sahaja Yoga meditation and follow it with guided meditation. We will then open the room for discussion and sharing your experience. All you need to bring is an open mind and the willingness to experience this meditation.
