Nurse Wellness Warriors

Welcome to our Nurse Wellness Warriors for Nurses Meetup group!
This is a place where any and all nurses in the Tucson community and beyond come together for a safe place and an opportunity to voice their feelings and be heard and be understood. Many nurses, especially when they are stressed by heavy workloads, critical decisions they must make with a lack of support, question themselves, their role in the nursing profession, and whether they can make a difference.
We provide active listening, coaching, confidentiality and support to all the participants. Participants have the experience of being heard and understood in a safe space. Being heard by our peers can help prevent or overcome burnout, anxiety, and depression. Join us for virtual meetings, discussions, and resources where we help each other. Let's learn, grow, and succeed together in our shared passion for healing and caring for ourselves as we heal and care for others.
