itt: oldhats and newhats set the schedule for the next 3 months
future friday night events will be ticketed ~$50 to cover the cost of purchases hosting and venue
full members retain access to purchased hardware during the week
aiming for a byo venue for the first meet. future meetups will be byo with no closing time.
fees:
-guests to be charged the same amount as members
-payment can be made at the door (use promo moxie5 to get a pay-at-door ticket)
-fees will be used for refreshments
