Saturday at 3 PM, let's go sailing!

Lets go on a sailing adventure. Yankee Clipper has a new engine and is raring to go out on a sailing adventure. We are now in slip 10 of dock 12 at Blue Dolphin Yatching Center. When walking out the dock the Yankee Clipper will be on the left side now. The docking is much easier at our location at Blue Dolphin and because they have deeper water. Bring something to drink and finger foods. There is plenty of room in the pilothouse for coolers. This is a hands on sailing experience. We need a minimum of 4 able bodied volunteers to assist with departure and docking. I can raise the sails unassisted but if anyone wants to grind or steer be my guest. We will meet at the boat at 3 pm at Blue Dolphin Yachting Center. Address is 500 Blue Dolphin Dr., Seabrook TX 77586.
No gate code anymore and plenty of parking. I will meet you at Pier 12 on the left hand side as you enter the marina off Nasa Rd 1. Bring your favorite beverage and finger foods. Bring a cooler if you want there is plenty of room. We will get as much sailing in as we can. Everyone is welcome to take a hand at the wheel. In two or three trips you will be promoted from swab to El Capitan. This is a laid back sailing adventure, the boat is set up for single handed sailing with all the sheets run to the back to the self tailing winches. Participate or lounge around and swap stories of adventures on the high seas. Adults and well behaved children over 9 years of age are welcome. There is no fee for this meetep.
