| Tuesday July 29th at the Keyport Yacht Club.

Join us for an introduction of Coastal Navigation presented by Yasar Chaudhry. He has been boating/ sailing for over 30 years in the area and has been a long time SEAS member/Skipper. He had his Master Captain License in 2013. He also holds ASA Instructor credentials for basic/advanced sailing and coastal cruising for both Monohulls and Catamarans. He also is member of Keyport’s Yacht Club where he is Committee Chair for ASA Sailing School.

Pre-meeting Get-Together at KYC

A group of us have been meeting early at the Keyport Yacht Club before our monthly meeting. It’s a great way to connect before we get started! Everyone’s welcome—bring your own meal, enjoy a cocktail, or come by to shoot the breeze. No set timeframe. Come when convenient and pass the word.

Harpoon 2 Centerboard Session

Those of you that have attended Small Boat Days know that the centerboard on H2 is well stuck in the "up" position. All attempts at freeing it have been fruitless. So, we plan on doing a short haul at Monmouth Sailing Center this weekend. We will need a small group of people to drop, sand and paint (hard, non-ablative) on Saturday and/or Sunday. If you can make it, please text Greg with your availability at 732-856-2073.
