We are the Monmouth chapter of SEAS.

If you like to sail or want to learn check out SEAS.
We cruise locally and internationally. We have raft-ups and parties. Our monthly meeting is held at the Keyport Yacht Club. When we get together with other local sailing enthusiasts to share stories, hear speakers and organize outings and have fun.
Our group also owns many boats which are available to members. Many of our members also own their own boats as well. SEAS boats are in Perth Amboy, Fair Haven and North Monmouth Beach.
We sail Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, as as well as all weekends, sailing May through November. We also go on short (2-3 day)and longer over night cruises (7-14 days).
We also teach sailing and mentor at all levels.

SMALL BOAT WORK SESSION THIS SUNDAY
AND MONDAY POSTPONED
Due to rain forecast over the weekend and into next week, the Small Boat work party must be postponed until the following weekend.
Gel coat repair will begin on Friday, May 9 and Small Boat cleaning and bottom painting will begin on Saturday, May 10 (due to Mothers Day on Sunday).Where: 159 Old Forge Rd., Monroe Twp
Both days will begin at 10 am with coffee and bagels at 9:45!
Friday will likely be only half a day’s work.
Lunch will be provided on Saturday.

Announcing a Small Boat work session on Sunday, May 4, to prep the Americans for the water.
A second session on Monday will be for gel coat repair for anyone interested is learning a new skill.
We always need volunteers to get our daysailers ready for the new season.
Primary goal for Sunday is clean up and bottom painting. Plan on a full day of fun and camaraderie!
We will raise the boats off the trailer onto 4x4s, just like we did for the Day Sailers last year. Please wear old clothing!
The Harpoons also need gel coat repair and there will be more sessions before the June Basic Sailing Class.
Please Join us for Bagels and Coffee at 9:45, work will begin at 10:00. Lunch will be provided. If anyone has the 4 x 4 lumber that was used last year please let Joyce know!”
