Enjoy the happiest of happy hours at Third Space Improv!

Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of clapping, laughter exercises, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. The benefits of this light cardio workout are many – laughter yoga increases blood circulation, kicks depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates stress, releases endorphins, increases oxygen flow, and, builds community. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! No experience with yoga necessary!

Notice that there's NO yoga poses because the yoga part of laughter yoga is in the breathing and stretching. It's for all ages, all physicalities, all bodies and minds! It requires no experience in anything - not even laughter!

To help you "wine" down, a glass of wine will also be served!

Third Space Improv Owner + Ringleader, Amy Angelilli, is a certified laughter yoga leader and she will get you laughing so hard you're crying - and in community too!

Please bring a mat, a towel or a pillow for the meditation portion of the class. Or, if you don't want to get on the floor, use one of our chairs - that's perfectly fine too. Do what feels fine - and fun - to YOU!

Third Space has free parking in front of the studio.

Registration: $20 advance / $25 at the door
