Online Reiki Exchange

Must RSVP to access online event Zoom Link. Please pay event fee ($15) in advance (www.paypal.me/healingwithmo) to be admitted to the event.

Please arrive a few minutes prior to start time. No one will be admitted after event starts so as not to disrupt attendees.

We will start with greetings and then introduce ourselves. Then we will:

1. Be led through a meditation to ground with Earth energy and come into the present moment.
2. Half the group will receive from the other half for 10 minutes.
3. We will then switch, and those that gave will then receive for 10 minutes.
4. Once done with the initial exchange and if there is time remaining, Reiki Practitioners are encouraged to remain on the call and give Reiki to themselves for 10 minutes before we adjourn. This will be done using Usui hand positions and/or the "teddy bear" technique. Mo will lead you through the self treatment.

Everyone is welcome at this event, whether or not you are attuned to Reiki. Those not attuned to Reiki or another healing modality will receive only and may observe after if they wish.
