It's MEXICAN time!!! Join us for dinner at El Salto in Chesterfield

The weather is getting nice out, so it's time to travel a little. This time, our meal is in Chesterfield. I tried it last week and WOW was it good!!! My meal is in the picture. I had a burrito with pork and covered in cheese (Burrito Mojado). The pork was incredibly tender and flavorful. I had eaten more than enough, but I just couldn't stop. It was so good. Still couldn't finish it all. Dan had fish tacos. He said they were right up there with the best fish tacos he'd ever had. (Picture included.) And the chips! As far as I'm concerned, no Mexican place can be taken seriously if they don't have amazing chips and salsa. And El Salto delivered.

NOTE: As you may know, Chesterfield Mall has been demolished. El Salto is a safe distance away, but next to the old Chesterfield Mall. You will need to drive down what looks like a deserted side road to get to El Salto.

• We have a reservation, so the ***NO-SHOW RULE applies.

• Showing up without an RSVP is not welcome and it's very possible we won't have room for you if I don't know you're coming.
• RSVPs will close at 4 on Friday.
• Cancellations need to be made by 4 on Friday. Anyone who cancels after 4 will still be considered a NO-SHOW. (Please remember, 3 No-Shows will result in permanent removal from group.)
