- Join me in fun, laid-back, yet powerful gatherings where we will support each other with healing-centered practices and conversation.
- This will always include gentle, all-level yoga and will also include a variety of experiential practices such as group FSM (frequency specific microcurrent) treatment, group Quantum Touch (I'll teach you how); self-massage, reflexology, Eden Energy Medicine practices, Emotional Freedom Technique, qi gong, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, affirmation/tarot cards, myofascial unwinding, and more.
- Do not show up unless you RSVP at https://calendly.com/tracyheilers. Each circle is $10, prepaid with a credit card. Space is limited to 10 people. Kindly give 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel. This will give others a chance to fill your spot. No refunds or make-ups.
- Email me at tracyheilers@gmail.com if the event fills up and I'll add you to the waitlist and try to add another date.
- It will take place in my yoga studio above the garage of my home. It is the green house on the northwest corner of Monroe Avenue and Washington Avenue in St Charles.
- Yoga mats, blankets, and frequency imprinted water will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please refrain from wearing perfume and scented oils or lotions.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Park on the street and enter through the front door, go upstairs, and then down the long hallway to my yoga studio.
- After you RSVP/PAY, you'll receive an email confirmation with links to create your own calendar event; you may have to check your junk folder.
