When a man at a pool party has the novel idea to swim him his way home along the "river" made up of his town's backyard pools, he finds the path leads somewhere he never expected.

After a woman relocates from New York City to the small town of Stepford, CT, she starts to feel the the wives in her new community are suspiciously idealized and submissive to their husbands.
