Chess Carnival 2025

This one day Scholastic Chess event will feature three sections for K through 12 students. It features a four round swiss open with two sections [K - 6 Open & K - 12 Open]. Beginners can play in our Introductory Quads to get experience with tournament play. This tournament will be rated by US Chess and provide all students with a national chess rating.
This is the fifth tournament in our 7-tournament Grand Prix. Students who participate in those tournaments are eligible for Grand Prix Awards and Prizes at the end of the season.
Join us this February 1st, 2025 at Il Monastero on SLU's Campus for this exciting day of chess competition.
