Northwest Coffee is hosting a wellness event with a Workout by a certified trainer and hosting other wellness vendors for you to learn about.

🏋‍♀️ Community Workout starts at 8:30!

Ticket includes entry to the event, 1 month of fitness programming, coffee, and treats. DJ and Personal Trainer will be on site.

I'll be attending and attempting my first ever ice plunge! This heat can make you crazy enough to try it 🤪

I'll be leaving at 10 but the event goes until noon!
