Join us for a guided forest bathing and nature connection experience with Jess Thenhaus, ANFT-certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, as part of the Green Living Festival at Missouri Botanical Garden.
You’ll be invited to disconnect from the digital world and re-engage with the living beauty of the Garden through the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Using gentle, sensory-based invitations, Jess will guide you in slowing down, tuning in, and experiencing how time in nature can awaken awareness, deepen connection, and even inspire more sustainable choices.
This session is especially meaningful in times of stress, climate anxiety, or simply a desire to reset. Forest bathing supports well-being, clarity, and the kind of presence that leads to lasting change.
