What we’re about

I'm committed to the possibility that we can live in communities where the interests and gifts of each individual are welcomed, honored, and utilized for the betterment of the collective.

In this commitment, I find immense value in forming tight-knit groups that can support and push one another to fulfill and stretch beyond the goals and outcomes they hope to realize in their personal and professional lives.

Having recently moved to the St. Louis area, I'm looking to create a new space where six people can come together on a monthly basis, in-person (no virtual meetings), to discuss their goals, current actions, and keep one another accountable to their declared intentions.

To participate in this group, you must be committed to:

** Improving your craft—You don't necessarily have to know exactly what your craft is, but you do have a natural desire to push yourself to learning and growing within whatever you are focused on at this moment in time.
** Objectivity—In the beginning, this is not a group of friends. We will all be entering this space having little to no connection with one another other than receiving and being attracted to this very invitation. That lack of familiarity will enable a greater depth of accountability.
** Showing up—You will prioritize each monthly gathering above the choice to simply not attend without a high-value alternative calling your attention. You are your own judge of "high-value."

If you're interested in joining this group, go ahead and submit a request to join and we'll be in touch!

Kindly,
Paul H
