Join us for the very first Reiki Share & Healing Circle—a heart-centered community space to connect, ground, and experience the gentle power of Reiki.

Whether you're brand new to Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, this gathering welcomes all. We’ll begin with a brief teaching and intention-setting, followed by a group Reiki exchange where you’ll have the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki energy. We’ll close with time for optional sharing and integration.

🌿 What to Expect:

• Welcome & introduction (10 minutes)
• Brief teaching or theme for the month (10–15 minutes)
• Group Reiki share (50 minutes)
• Reflection & closing circle (15 minutes)

• A water bottle
• Journal or notebook (optional)
• Anything that helps you feel cozy—small blanket, cushion, crystals, etc.
• An open heart and willingness to receive
