Saint Louis Rosicrucians

Meditation is the key and central practice of spirituality and for the mastery of life. Much progress can be made when meditation is practiced daily. Is it okay to meditate in a position other than being seated? When should I meditate? How much should I meditate? Is it good to meditate immediately before doing other Rosicrucian exercises? Can the increased sensitivity developed through meditation help heal me? Can meditation heal a wounded heart? Can meditation help me to be more of a healing presence for others? These common, and not-so-common, questions and more will be discussed. Join Grand Master Julie Scott in reviewing and practicing some of the most important Rosicrucian techniques for creating and maintaining Radiant Health. We will practice the Rosicrucian Overall Exercise (awakening the psychic consciousness in the cells throughout our bodies), positive and negative breathing, intoning vowel sounds (chanting), and some exercises for specific ailments, such as headaches. We will also attune with the Council of Solace, providing metaphysical aid to those in need and opening ourselves to its healing energy.
