ML Workflows with Spark & Scala - Speaker: Jeff Melching

Curious about ML workflows? Would you like to know how to build and train an ML model at scale and then use that models to run predictions against live traffic? We will work through the typical end to end ML model workflow: From training on a spark cluster and deploying that model to an api utilizing MLeap to doing predictions without a spark context. And since its a scala meetup, we will do it all in scala!

Our speaker brings many years of experience building & deploying some of the biggest Agronomic data pipelines in the world, processing data from thousands of farms covering tens of millions of acres.

Food will arrive at 6:30PM. We'll start the talk at around 7. We'll have basic food and drinks, but you can always feel free to bring your own adult beverages if you wish.
