Utilizing the heroic.app, Arete' the book, and other tools from heroic.us, we support each other in efforts to be our best selves, not someday, but today! Carpe Punctum! Open to all who are interested in getting a little bit better at life, moment to moment. Our meetups start with a moment of group meditation, include discussion , thought exercises and opportunities to commit to and check-in on progress in our lives.
