Let's join the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra as they continue to celebrate their 165th year of making music. This concert is at the beautiful Purser Center on the Logan University campus in Chesterfield.

We'll have a great seats together, set aside by the orchestra based on your RSVPs. And you will enjoy this at the General Admission price of $15. Parking is free on the university's lighted lot. And we'll have an optional dinner nearby before the concert.

This is an ambitious and spectacular musical program featuring the full rich sound of the large Philharmonic along with solo featured musicians:

  • Mendelssohn: Overture for Winds in C major
  • López: Tribute to the Earth (Pago a la Tierra)
  • Bach/Elgar: Fantasy and Fugue in C minor
  • Prokofiev: Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 19
  • Beethoven: Symphony No 6

Those interested can join us for dinner at the nearby Yellowstone Cafe at 5:30, which is only minutes from the concert in Lamp & Lantern Village. They have a great variety of moderately priced food. Be sure to answer the dinner question with your RSVP here to be included in the dinner reservation. Please join us.
