Special Note: See the after concert reception plans noted below. They have been changed from dinner.

Join TCSO as we welcome rising star Thomas Pandolfi in this performance of George Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F Major; a piece that deftly combines Jazz and Broadway idioms with classical European forms in a quintessentially American whole. Also on the program are Sibelius emotional Symphony No. 1 in E Minor, with echoes of Tchaikovsky and Borodin, and the SIUE Suzuki String Program touring group playing selections from Vivaldi and the American songbook.

This concert is Free. No tickets are required. However, reserved seating for our group to sit together will be set aside by the orchestra based on your RSVP. (Don't be a no show, ever!) As always, come early for closest parking on the Principia campus. Let's meet at our reserved seats about 2:30. Music starts at 3:00.

SPECIAL 'AFTER CONCERT' INVITATION FOR MEETUP MEMBERS
Our host for this event, David Ackerman, is also President of this Town & Country Symphony. He has traditionally hosted a reception at his home after the last concert of the season for the musicians and leadership of the TCSO organization. This year, David and his wife Hong are inviting our Symphony Meetup members to join them at this reception at their Carondolet home following the concert. We will have the opportunity to enjoy conversation, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails with members of the orchestra, including David Peek (music director and conductor) and members of the board of TCSO. I hope you will be able to join us for this special opportunity. Please complete or revise your RSVP repose to the question about gathering after the concert. And thank you to David and Hong.
