I am starting a new Beginning T'ai Chi Class on Wednesday, September 6 at the Tikun Yoga studio 8375 Olive Blvd in University City.

T'ai Chi (full name T'ai Chi Ch'uan) is an ancient Chinese Martial Art. It is a soft, internal style now mostly practiced for its many health benefits. This moving meditation connects the mind and body, focusing on basic principals of movement and postural alignment.
